Top 5 Female Wrestlers in March

5. Angelina Love

Angelina Love’s recent mysterious and comatose gimmick has left much to be desired by TNA fans who have come to find her the well-known face of the Knockouts division. She is not only extremely talented but we have known her through some of the most famous Knockouts rivalries with Tara. This, of course, was during a time when the Knockouts Title actually meant something.

4. Madison Rayne

Despite her idiotic “Queen” gimmick, Madison Rayne has made several strides in March to show legitimacy of being worthy to hold the title. Despite competing against unworthy talent in a series of weekly matches, she clearly showed against ODB that she could take the hits she was so famous for avoiding in her matches. There are still other talented Knockouts on the roster besides Mickie James and you can definitely expect the coming build-up for a much anticipated feud between Tara and Madison Rayne, which hopefully will not disappoint.

3. Michelle McCool

The WWE Divas have become a total mockery on live television, even experiences public ridicule by announcer Michael Cole. However, there is still noteworthy talent on the Divas roster and they must not be forgotten. Lay Cool has been a force in the WWE unlike any in the past several years. Michelle McCool has not had success in the ring as of late, but she showed at Wrestlemania just how exciting a matchup she can create in a short-lived performance with Trish Stratus. McCool is able to rise to the challenge and we can expect her to continue to be a focal point of the Divas for years to come.

2. Mickie James

James hit the scene in TNA with a bang and immediately changed the way that the Knockouts division was viewed. Her instant-classic cage match against Tara showed that she is just as athletic as any other female competitor and that she is not afraid to take risks when she leaped off the top of the cage onto Tara for the victory. She has taken some much-needed time to heal her body in her quest to regain a title shot against Madison Rayne which she has earned next Sunday at Lockdown.

1. Velvet Sky

One part of the Beautiful People has taken a step back, while the other has continued to surge forward. Velvet Sky was finally able to defeat Sarita and has been working to lead TBP to regain the Knockouts Tag Titles. Although no one can argue that her best move is to “let the pigeons loose”, she is able to back up all of the good looks with exciting in-ring work against the best female wrestlers this industry has to offer, week in and week out. Expect to see her to end the feud with Winter in the coming month and then turn her sights on to the Tag Titles once more.
