Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

Circuit Breakdown

Back & Forth’s – 15 seconds
Staggered Stance Pushups – 5 reps
Side to Sides – 15 seconds
Bridges – 15 reps
4 Square (Clockwise) – 15 seconds
Russian Twist – 10 reps
4 Square (Counter-Clockwise) – 15 seconds
Star Side Plank – 15 seconds per side
1:00 rest then Repeat
Record Sets Completed
