A year ago, BU traveled to Arizona and came away with a pair of wins—8-0 and 4-3—over the Wildcats in the first-ever meeting between the teams.
#17/15 ASU has a 16-9-1 record and owns wins against Penn State, Harvard and Michigan State (twice). Last weekend, the Wildcats dropped a pair of games at Cornell.

BU, who tied Merrimack, 2-2, in an October meeting, is in fourth place in Hockey East, three points ahead of the fifth-place Warriors. Both teams boast strong special teams: The Terriers allow a league-low 1.75 goals per game, just ahead of MC (1.80). Merrimack’s power play is best in the conference at 23.6% while BU is second at 23.5%
BU sophomore Jesse Compher leads Hockey East in scoring with 31 points and is third in the nation with 40 points overall. Junior Sammy Davis leads BU in goals with 15.
