Led by Hobey Baker Award winner Matt Gilroy and Hobey Baker finalist Colin Wilson, the Terriers won seven championships during the 2008-09 season: Ice Breaker Tournament, Denver Cup, Beanpot, Hockey East regular season, Hockey East tournament, NCAA Northeast Regional and NCAA Frozen Four.

BU has its third recruit for the 2022 class after receiving a commitment from Selects Academy 15U right-shot forward Ryan Greene. A late 2003 birthdate from Paradise, Newfoundland, the 6’0″ Greene was Selects Academy’s second leading scorer with 31-50-81 in 50 games. A year ago, he had a 40-20-60 line in 38 games in Bantam AAA and skated in the 2018 World Selects Invitational, scoring five points. During the past season, Greene played for Team Newfoundland in Canada’s Winter Games, producing 15 points in seven games. He joins forward Devin Kaplan and defenseman Lane Hutson in the 2022 recruit class.
