In this edition of the Extra Point Show, the guys talk to Max Strauss, creator of prointerviews.org. They also dive in to NBA playoff talk, fans that just don’t get it, and the latest lockout comments by Ray Lewis.

I thought that Ray Lewis meant that he thinks crime will increase across the country among the general population. Take away America’s favorite sport, and on Sundays your going to have a lot of ticked off people, with nothing to do. Although I did really like your perspective, I mean, pro-athletes get into enough trouble even when they are busy with their sport.
CAChurch – I hear what you are saying, but in the same instance I don’t buy it. If someone is going to go looting the streets just because there is no football, then there is nothing stopping them from looting the streets the 6 other days of the week. I truly believe that Ray meant that the NFL players (and I agree they get in enough trouble as it is) will get into MORE trouble if they aren’t held accountable with practices, film sessions, meetings, etc. that occur during the regular season.
Thanks for having me on! I really appreciate it!
As always, great show!
The interview with Lewis was phenomenal. Though the crime comments was a little over the top it was a very small part when looking at the big picture. Lewis said that their was a lot of egos in play with the negotiations and that everyone needs to take a step back and look for the greater good instead of worrying about petty agendas. I know a lot of radio and or TV personalities want to make a big deal about the comments but it has been taken way out of context.
Hey guys, great show! On the topic of the fans, look on youtube for the Pirate fan that got way out of hand, due to alcohol, and ended up in a situation with the Police. Don’t get me wrong I love going to sporting events drinking a few adult beverages, and heckling the other team and their fans. HOWEVER, their is a point where you draw the line. Keep up the great work.
