WORKOUT:

I lost track of how long this workout was but it was super tough and so fun to try so many styles in one session!

– 10 min warm-up (see this video for how I warm up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLA2hFv24ww&t=419s)
– Superset 1: Slow negative, plyo push-ups – 5 sets to failure
– Superset 2: Tempo chin ups – 5 sets to failure
– Single arm DB snatch – 3 x 10
– Reverse deadlifts – 4 x 10
– Seated single arm press 3 x 12 per side
– Bench press – 3 x 8
– Extended ball slams – 4 x 12
– Boxing – 10 rounds of 30s
– 10 min cool down and stretching
