Summer is turning to Fall and that means High School football is right around the corner. This year promises to be an exciting season for the Waynedale Golden Bears. With many starters returning, Matt Zuercher’s team is poised to make a run at the WCAL title.
For the second year, you can listen to all the action of the Bears season on ultimatesportstalk.com. Dave Mitchell and Pat Mitchell will call every game of the 2015 season beginning Friday, August 28th from Apple Creek. Tusky Valley is the first obstacle and the kick off is at 7. The pre game show starts at 6:30 with a comprehensive view of the area schedule, the opposing team, a chat with the coach and much more.
This year, we offer a new feature to our football coverage. Every week, one hour before kick off, you can tune in for “Golden Bear Rewind”. Beginning at 6 we will replay the last quarter of the previous weeks game. On the 28th, we revisit the final quarter of the Waynedale-Smithville contest to wind up the 2014 regular season.
In the winter, ultimatesportstalk.com will also broadcast every Boys and Girls basketball game. 42 games total, with complete coverage of every other sport for Waynedale High School.
